Most orders are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). Certain items may be shipped by other carrier. We will determine the best method depending on the content of your order and destination address. You will receive a confirmation Email after your order has shipped. Most in-stock items are shipped within 72 hours of order processing, however additional time may be required on some items. You are responsible for ensuring that your Email client is working properly to receive Emails concerning your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it* for credit, exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Please contact Customer Service to request a Return Authorization Form.
