• Editor Ferry been diagnosed with cancer. It was discovered suddenly and unexpectedly during a routine health exam on July 14. Since then he has been receiving treatments and is responding well after initial hospitalization. This, of course, is a medical condition that will be consistently monitored, but at this time, we have every confidence he will continue on with Freaky Monsters and other projects to satis-frye your eerie entertainment cravings.

• Freaky Monsters #42 is currently shipping and preorder customer should be receiving their copies in the next few days. 

• Our Fillmland Classics and eBay stores will reopen September 22. Regular copies of Freaky Monsters #42 plus assorted back issues will be available.  T-shirts, mugs, keychains, monster mouse pads and other assorted Freaky stuff will be available again around the middle of November as we will be relocating back East and into new offices.

A GREAT LADY HAS PASSED

My darling wife of 20 years, Connie Bean, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 13, 2022. She was 65. She had been ill for several months but maintained her spirit and sense of humor through it all. I have established a web site celebrating her life at conniebean.com which is online now and will be updated very soon.

Connie loved knowing you all and both of us have deeply appreciated the calls and letters of support you have sent over the past months.  In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her memory to the ASPCA or St. Judes Children's Hospital, two causes she supported.
